Kumamoto is a city located in Kyushu (southern part of Japan) and famous for developing its own tonkotsu ramen style.
The noodles of this Japanese instant ramen are non-fried, middle-thick and made with carefully selected flour.
Ma-Yu or black garlic oil has been added to the broth to enhance the taste.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:- Boil the noodles in 500ml of boiling water for 2.5 minutes.
- After 2.5 minutes, stop the heat, and add the powdered soup.
- Put the soup and noodles into a bowl and add any toppings of your choice.
